Cambridgeport, Cambridge, MA

This mixed-use redevelopment proposal of a riverfront commercial site seeks to decrease car dependency, tackle the Boston area’s housing crisis, and improve access to open space by clustering amenities, building dense affordable housing, and seamlessly connecting the Cambridgeport neighborhood with Magazine Beach park and the Charles River.
